Kick Reward Exporter Pro Support
This page provides setup and troubleshooting guidance for the Chrome extension.
Before using the extension
- Open the Kick Reward Request Queue in the same Chrome profile.
- Open the extension and activate a valid license.
- If the extension shows “Reload required”, reload the Kick dashboard tab once.
- Choose a specific reward before scanning or using bulk queue actions.
Common issues
No rewards found: open the Kick reward queue, reload the tab, then press “Refresh rewards”.
Google Sheets export: the target sheet must be shared with the service-account email shown in the extension.
License moved to another Chrome profile: the device binding must be reset by the license administrator before reactivation.
