Data processed by the extension
When you scan a reward queue, the extension reads reward-request information displayed in the Kick dashboard, which can include Kick usernames, reward names, user-entered IGN and UID values, request timestamps, page numbers, and the original reward input.
Local storage
The extension stores the license key, a randomly generated installation identifier, extension preferences, Google Sheet settings, and the most recently scanned reward data in Chrome local extension storage so the extension can maintain activation and preserve your workflow between popup openings.
License verification
The extension sends the license key and random installation identifier over HTTPS to kick-ansh.bisup.com to activate and verify the license. The license service stores a hash of the license key and the installation binding needed to enforce the one-installation license limit.
Google Sheets export
Scanned reward data is sent to kick-ansh.bisup.com only when you explicitly press the Google Sheets export button. The server uses the configured Google service account to write that data to the spreadsheet and sheet tab you specify. The export endpoint processes the submitted rows for that request and the provided server implementation does not store those participant rows in its license database.
Excel, CSV, and clipboard export
Excel and CSV files are generated locally in the extension. “Copy for Wheel” copies the selected participant text locally to your clipboard. These actions do not require sending the participant list to the license server.
Data sharing and advertising
Data processed by the extension is used only to provide the extension features described above. It is not sold and is not used for personalized advertising.
Permissions
The extension requests access only to the Kick dashboard needed to read and operate the reward request queue, to the product server needed for license verification and optional Google Sheets export, and to Chrome local storage for activation state, settings, and scanned data.
User control
You can clear scanned data from the extension at any time with “Clear saved scan”. Uninstalling the extension removes its Chrome local extension storage. Google Sheets data written at your request remains in the spreadsheet until you remove it there.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the extension features or data practices change. The current policy will be published at this URL.
